Tai chi chuan is an internal Chinese martial art that uses gentle flowing movements and can be interpreted as "meditation in motion". It promotes balance by connecting the mind and body while reducing stress.
Originating from ancient China, Tai Chi's involves performing a series of movements with a graceful flow between them. Posture, technique and breathing are all integrated making it a moving art form.
