 Class Descriptions

30-Minute Abs

Strengthen and tone those abdominal muscles with 30 minutes of total core conditioning that combines a variety of core exercises designed to sculpt your stomach.

 

Body Pump

This Body Pump class is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. It is a 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises and great music.

 

Butts & Guts

Cardio Blast

This class is a quick, 30-minute cardio class that will get your heart rate up and burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time. Take a break and come get your sweat on.

 

Hatha Yoga

Students will enjoy this class which provides a wonderful, systematic approach for those who are interested in developing a comprehensive and solid yoga foundation.

 

Jump Start

Wake up your body by toning your muscles and raising your heart rate with a combination of exercises that will get your day started off right.

 

Kundalini Yoga

Mat Pilates

If your are looking for an intense, full-body workout, this is the class for you. It uses kickboxing training and exercises that will have you sweating and burning like crazy!
