We offers multi-disciplinary yoga classes for all levels and abilities; from the brand new beginner to the advanced practioner. Our schedule includes alignment based Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini yoga, Women Cancer Survivor class, Gentle and Restorative classes, and Hot Hatha yoga. Our teachers are inspired by many diferent traditions and we invite you to come practice in a fun, safe, supportive environment and be a part of our friendly, caring, and commited yoga students and teachers.

Vinyasa Flow, the word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. As you inhale your body will remain steady and strong and as you exhale you relax and lengthen into the posture.

Hot Hatha Yoga takes you through a series of postures designed to strengthen the body and improve flexibility simultaneously, working the body inside and out. The heat enables deep stretching without risk of injury and detoxifies the body while working deep into muscles, ligaments, tendons and even organs and bones. While challenging, this class is for everyone, from athletes who need to work through old injuries to beginners who want to try a new style of yoga.

Women Cancer Survivor Class offers inspiration and bonding for women with breast cancer and other cancers, includes breathing exercises, slow arm stretches, healing yoga sequences, restorative yoga and balancing work appropriate for women during and after cancer treatment. Sarah completed additional teacher training at OM Yoga in NYC on how to address the unique concerns and needs of cancer survivors.

Kundalini is known as the yoga of awareness, aligning the body, mind, and spirit and will offer students tools for inner change and personal growth. This yoga uses breath, mantra, mudra, meditation, and movement through specific postures to relax and heal you mentally, physically, and spiritually so

that you may live a balanced, peaceful, and harmonious life.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga is great if you are looking for a softer practice with more emphasis on stretching and relaxation. Allow the body to rest and renew with this relaxing rejuvenating class.

Classical Hatha Yoga - Incorporates foundational principles from the 3 classical traditions of modern hatha yoga -Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga.  This yoga provides a wonderful systematic approach for students who are interested in developing a comprehensive and solid yoga foundation.  It is marked with dynamics and precision allowing students to open the body in a slow and mindful manner. Invigorating poses as well as calming restorative poses will be taught with emphasis on proper alignment, connected breathing, symmetry and technique.  Also in this style, students use yoga props to provide support while

flexibility and to help them adapt poses to their own needs and abilities.  Breath and sequences are also explored.
