Relaxation Massage

A full body massage designed to ease the body into complete relaxation. The therapist will customize your medium pressure..

Therapeutic Massage

A slow firm massage with medium to deep pressure for specific areas of discomfort, tension, or chronic pain.

Sports Massage

This invigorating massage uses medium pressure and rhythmic strokes to release tight muscles, flush metabolic waste from the tissues, and aid in flexibility. Hot towels are applied to soothe sore muscles throughout your service. Great after a long day on the mountain.

Reflexology Treatment

This Eastern treatment begins with a refreshing foot soak using essential oils to begin the relaxation process. The therapist uses gentle to deep pressure massaging specificpoints on the feet that correspond with different parts of the body.

Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage involves a multidisciplinary approach to restore structural balance in the body and rehabilitate musculoskeletal dysfunctions, chronic pain, and sports injuries. Conditions this technique can help include knee injuries, frozen shoulder, frozen hip, and lack of range of motion in joints. Athletic shorts or swimsuit should be worn for this treatment as it is an active massage with movement, stretching and strengthening exercises, and self-care follow up.

Scoliosis Massage

This rare type of massage uses spinal curvature as an assessment tool. Passive joint mobilization is employed to bring the body into balance.
